That # is from May 22nd, and does not reflect the 8k that was just published today, re: the SPA, executed the same day, which details the cancellation of almost 5 million common shares, AND the elimination of 4 million Series A shares.
So, recap: 9 millions shares eliminated for a future $200k and the immediate complete disposal of the only revenue generating aspect of this company, w ties to Asefi completely severed. That's a cost basis of $0.0222 to diminish the float by 33%, and com,pletely focus efforts on...well, yeah - their start-up
