It was interesting to see that the buyout is no longer being claimed as "fact," only a possibility, as well as a "merger" or other "corporate action" being possibilities, forgetting there's nobody working for the company to even think up such a thing.

Eventually, one by one, the followers will actually read through the documents finding no mention whatsoever of a share transaction and, in fact, finding the statements contradicting it completely.

PSA: I'm probably twice as old as "Charles," I have children his age, and I don't live in France. That is the sort of "detective" work that has resulted in a conclusion a bankrupt company increased in value 30X's by being liquidated.

For the "second transaction" to be approved/enacted, BIOAQ likely has to deliver unencumbered equity (w/o any liens). That would be the reason this last piece- the class action suit- needs to be cleared out of the way. At least that is the logic of the narrative, IMO.
