Aside from there being shares galore out there, one issue for potential investors is that they may shy away from investing long term if they do actual research on the company. The website looks very professional but behind that curtain, you basically have a "company" with just a couple employees, no funds other than through the dilution of shares, a virtual office, a questionable board of directors, no CMO, no audit committee, and a CEO who, if one were to take the time to review the press releases, exaggerates to the extreme. That being said, this has become a lotto ticket stock where you are betting that by some miracle, there is one active drug that somehow hits. Hopefully, it will despite the weak company structure.
