Their "roadmap" can include whatever they want. Making rulings (if it ever comes to that) and enforcing rulings are two different things.
Wow. She put on her "mad face" at yet another administrative hearing. It's not trial. It will likely not get to trial in her courtroom. What she stammers about at "hearings" is all window dressing. Keeping the matter OUT of litigation for a decade is speaking volumes without saying a word.
