EMRD settlement

The agreement provides KORU Medical with freedom to operate under EMED’s existing patent portfolio, dismissal of all litigation with prejudice, and an equity payment by KORU Medical to EMED

Given the string of KRMD's legal victories,I was, at first, surprised by this agreement.

So here is what I think. KRMD is THE dominate player and was threatened with an antitrust suit. The settlement is a work around. EMED is giving KRMD permission to play in its backyard without any antitrust fears.
