So with the alleged NK email... assuming that there is a legal battle here... it would be my assumption that he’d have to take the stand on his behalf as well as the Shareholders !!! I hope he sticks it to them where the sun don’t shine !!! I’m guessing we won’t see his name as a defendant alongside the Elephant Riders. I’d love to be in the courtroom to hear everything!!!... and listen to the Judge’s response to the supposed Fleecing email !!!
