#66 RE: XenaLives #64

Same here. "I take a long laundry list of supplements" Mine is up to about 40 or more now.

But I do not take any all in one versions, I take each supplement, like each B vitamin by itself in doses I Interactively arrived at the right amounts for me and my age and RA.

Been working for me for 40 years. In fact I beat RA for 35 years before it was diagnosed as RA and not just arthritis.... and I did it with zero Rx drugs the first 35 years and no joint damage.

A corona-virus cousin of COVID19 nearly offed me in 2014, when it inflamed my Thyroid gland and turned my RA into un-measurable RA factor numbers in the blood tests.

MD's were lost for 8 weeks, and I finally figured it out. I was fighting 4 things all at once. Many MD's think in one dimension, and do not look at the whole picture.

I was Fighting a virus, and near Pneumonia that led to RA off the charts, 80 lbs of muscle and fat loss in 12 weeks due to Hyperthyroidism and RA/Immune system was attacking the inflamed Thyroid while the Thyroid was created and dumping excess hormones that exhausted the Adrenal gland, burned up muscle and fat assets, Pain killers weaken my gut and capillaries to where I was leaking iron from Hemoglobin where it did not belong (Iron is a free radical Initiator...) and sent me into a tail spin. Could not Sit up, could not hold or lift a cup of fluid to drink with out both hands, looked an Auschwitz survivor after 12 weeks. Antibiotics failed...

Doctors had not clue and did not think I would live.

Well I did, and I figured it out and beat it. All but the RA, that seems to be hereditary and so far turned on for life now, and has me taking a weekly low dose methotrexate dose to keep in under control (had to, to get off the steroid)

But rest assured, that is working in part because of all the Supplements I take, and diet control etc.

So I am right there with you. People need to learn enough to help them help themselves improve and maintain their health.

While My brother added an MD in the his 40's to his triple PhD Physics degrees, my Mother was a tried and true Homeopath and fought RA into her 80s with out the help of MDs.

They all have a place. A dentist 30 years ago died of a latex allergy, so nothing is 100% safe, not even peanuts!!!!

But the Mainline Medical profession is more about profit than health these days.

But the Cataract surgery they do is awesome!!!! I was legally blind in 2016 because of the steroid used to get me be back on my feet.

So we have common ground!!!!
