After reviewing and doing some DD on the candidates ...why wouldn't an investor speculating and looking for most leverage and promise not dump $120K on IPIX?

Its a great deal of $ for some...but not for many others.

Look for more such buys especially imo with more positive news arriving ...maybe tomorrow? Who knows...
