Dear Shareholders!
I'm just addressing the endless attack from our (-----), --- ,-----, ------.......crap, and others... None of these scammers own any of our stocks! They TRY, and I mean really try to slow us down, by posting lies and libelous (including slander and character assassination) posts, accusations and erroneous information. They do this by design hoping that we get shut down and de-listed! Now, I tried NOT to get dragged in the gutter with them, because a lot of our investors and shareholders actually DO know how business works, and BEFORE they invest they do DD and are happy with the results. After ALL these years of trying, these ?????? were NOT, (and will not) be able to stop us. Yes, they did file grievances against US, the company, myself and our officers and directors. However, although it is a nuisance, and yes it DOES cost me , the company and YES YOU the investors money and time, WE come up CLEAN! Why? because we ARE transparent and keep our efforts clean and above board! So yes, these ?????? DO benefit from their "paying clients" making money on our stock both ways... when we go up, and when we go down...All is done by design by their dishonest and criminal activities. Its frustrating, when ???? for example, will not allow personal attacks, posting lies and fraudulent information and posting topics that have NOTHING to do with the actual company!! And Yet, ???? allows them to be on our tickers MODERATOR board, and they let them post lies all day long! So, lets examine CAUSE and the EFFECT. These self proclaimed "DO-GOODDERS" want you to believe that their around the clock ???????us efforts is meant and designed to protect YOU the investor from ME... The Alleged CRIMINAL. Now, I'm a shareholder, director and an investor here just like you. So what happens, when their lies DO succeed in having the company barred from trading and/or de-listed? Well, then yes, they will achieve their goal and as punishment I will lose a lot of money because all these shares and companies will be WORTHLESS!!! Now, how does that affect you? well, if you sold BEFORE and are totally out then you'll be OK, you won't get good return, but you may be thinking "lets cut our loses and get out". But here is the funny part. These ????? actually know how things work, and although they pretend to just "report" on bad actors, they also know that agencies will schedule a review, and interview and then IF things escalate an actual hearing where myself and my attorneys will have to answer and defend whatever accusations these ????? and their handlers come up this week. Now, for over 20 years, we ,our companies and myself have been able to answer all the concerns, and so far we are in the clear and are allowed to be involved in public companies. And here is the GOTCHA! While you're scared and selling, because you read all their lies and crap, then who is buying? Oh wait, we are told to believe that the buyers can't read the same CRAP that got you scared? how does that work? Are these new buyers have no internet? Or can't speak or read English?? ( BTW there is GOOGLE translator). So whats the deal? The deal is simple, scare all of you, buy cheap, sell, and repeat!
First of all, I'm NOT trying to convince or sell you ANYTHING! Just use your common sense, do good DD and rely on actual facts, business and SEC laws and TRY to see through their fog of misdirection. on a happier note, stay safe, and enjoy a long weekend!
