No, but its not as simple as most of the posters seem to think. It's not something you announce on Monday and complete on Wednesday, also expensive, plus being on a real exchange gets you more scrutiny from the SEC than being on the OTC (more of a buyer beware attitude there). Some of the PRs and wild promises that NP has put out over the years might get him in big trouble on a real exchange. And I'm betting there won't be a 4-5 dollar jump in SP on the announcement that many seem to think will happen.
You don't have to do anything. The following may happen. (1) the symbol may temporarily change to e.g. CYDYX. (2) your shares may not be available to trade for a day. (3) you may see a price change before things settle down.
