Well, it did happen! Any thoughts on all the possible OTHER excuses NK could have come up with to remedy disgruntled shareholders emails, why would he say it the way he did? What would be his reasoning? What would NK benefit from by writing and exposing an email like this and in this fashion? What made him respond this way that in reality finger points the companies failure to illegitimate business practices by its founding father?
