Sure, I recall Ackman predicting warrants would remain. But I think Covid-19 could alter that landscape considerably. They could sell them back, like in AIG. They could simply hold until 2028. Or they could cede back some or even all to get the risk of $6 T getting dumped on the Fed's balance sheet as the House IG has recommended for many years.
The Layer Cake was superb. It is a small, boutique winery in Hopland, CA that is hard to find, but worth the effort if you like full-bodied reds. A bottle goes for about $20. I had a 2017 yesterday and it was fine to drink, now, but plenty of tannins to cellar for many years if you wanted to put up a case.
