It states owners of the stock are selling & buying ..

Evidence states by VIP charts that IBCX went way up in value
with holders of large positions who sold at a large profit and been selling & buying ...

The company has to issue direct stock into the common float for claims of dilution ...

The company has issued No Stock into the Float in 9mths ...

Come on give a little more than just showing that you think its dilution. that trading pattern could nothing more that just flipping.

It may even come down with good news to cover, I seem it a thousand times.
