If the outstanding shares doubled or even tripled due to dilution still there is no excuse . I have seen many stocks that have much larger outstanding shares with no revenue yet their stocks are in the pennies! You can not bring dilution and no revenue as a reason. Anyways regardless of having a better chance in lotto only time will tell. You guess us as good as mine!
