That is not what the price action is saying.

While the MMs do “carry” PCTL at times and don’t let it roll over, the volume and interest is waning which means that the MMs will have to drop the price until a price is reached where buying interest is generated. This will drive the price lower and lower unless SUBSTANTIVE news is released.

We have seen that MMs, who are obviously assigned to dilute and/or convert shares, are not bashful about selling BRUTALLY into every rally and even every tick. That, along with non-stop ask stacking, is keeping the price low and could cause the price to move lower.
