That is exactly what I am thinking too, if the old management were still in play, then I would say, there is something wrong, since they were let go and they overhauled the board so drastically to name Yong Li as the Chairman amongst appointing COO and Sr Excutive and Senior Advisors if you didn't want to do serious business, lets just say for the sake of argument they want to pump the stock, where is the pump? Where is the pump, we know they tried quiet a few times with the previous management and they failed, now since they shuffled the board there has to be something else in the mix. It just doesn't make sense to point out the board change.
