I did not state he did. I wrote he "may have" which was the reason for such a late Friday PR, addressing the CC on Tuesday, post market.

It makes sense that the company may have received some news on Friday and then scheduled the call for Tuesday but, of course, I don't have that inside information. And they wouldn't have scheduled it during market hours, it seems obvious to me, as that would have caused frenzied movement of the share price.

Just look at the charting on this stock and you will realize it's going nowhere. IF the company were for real, trading volume would be growing, not shrinking.
