Mad Casper; I estimate the float is 910M shares. In the IBOX I keep a historical record of the share structure. That is assuming there are 32M restricted shares carryover at each reporting quarter that subtracts from the reported O/S gives us a rough guesstimate float..
Where you see A65,690,760 9/30/2019 for the O/S was from an 10-Q/A 12/26/2019.
These note conversions are very depressing to look at (also on the charts) and I think the OTC gave up on keeping track of the float.
