B has recently been mentioned as an aerosol.

"Additional drug delivery development work (e.g.,intranasal/nebulizeddosing, the use of nanotechnologies8) may further complement Brilacidin’s anti-COVID-19 therapeutic potential"

http://www.ipharminc.com/brilacidin-1 pg 19

Due to the immunomodulating abilities of B it has been mentioned as a treatment for Asthma and Copd even back in the Polymedix days. IPIX has infrequently mentioned B as an inhaler recently as a treatment for pulmonary disorders. In the Brilacidin for covid 19 pdf, IPIX affirms an aerosol is a possible area for future study. I am not aware of any current plans to develop an aerosol at this time

10% of the Covid pt have GI complaints so I guess it could b given as a treatment for gastroenteritis.

B is not absorbed systemically so it is unlikely a pill would be effective.

Good luck,Farrell
