#6935 RE: Telephonics #6931

If, as you say, people are entitled to their own opinion, then they are entitled to publidly discuss that opinion to get altering views.
Your actions do not support what you say, and actions speak louder than words. Even though you gratuitously post that people are "entitled to their own opinion", you support barring them from openly sharing that opinion. You only allow them to share it if it is YOUR opinion. Such unacceptable behaviour is tantamount to a tyranical dictatorship.
We have a "discussion" board to avoid such misleading, mannipulative dictatorial manner of dissimenating information. Go live in North Korea and invest in that country if you condone and will fight to defend behaviours such as that, but do not try to control the discussions on an OPEN public message board that people hope to come to to get true, and as accurate information as possible to figure out what is going on with the company. Many people who come to the message boards hope to find a full spectrum of information about a company and the PERCEPTIONS the shareholders have about how that company has benefited or not benefited them. And some posters just want a quick summary of all the positives and the most GLARING negatives, if any. Well, they can ignore all the detail stuff and still get their summary, but us that want a gamut of opinions to be aware of the intricacies that can throw a kink in our investment, are also entitled to a board that will provide such. You do not have the right to limiit our acces to the information and opinions.

And the fact that NMKT has NOT been an investment that has appreciated over the last two years, is NOT an opinion, even though you might again want to skew those facts in your favor by limiting available information. The cold hard fact, that you CANNOT change or hide from anyone, is that the investment has NOT performed. That information is available on many PUBLIC charting and financial information service forums - you cannot ban those charts or those financial records.

Now might be the time to support an investment in this company, but certainly not for the two years before and up until the deal with the toy company fell through. The lack of accomplishing stated goals and manipulation of shareholders interests, offered too much risk for the share price to appreciate, and the share price is proof of that - no opinion about it. No matter how people like you who want to limit access to different opinions try to spin it, the share price did NOT appreciate, and our investments in NMKT, did IN NO WAY SUSTAIN any appreciate in value for INVESTORS over the past two years.
