Yes that is correct but you won’t hear that here . Also it has been stated by a expert on the situation the 200 Billon needed will take a few years to collect . No big deal to holders here . They have been waiting 12 years already .

100B(FED)+30B(cash)+22B(loss reserve)+30B(prepaid)+52B(new C, P)=234B.

If they raise 52B+25B=77B then dividend will start right way. Same document says if 25% of buffer is funded from private market then dividend can start.

Read that document- it also says dividend can be given in special circumstance.

Just search and read around words "stocks" or "dividend".

GSE cash and loss reserve numbers are approximate. I need to read Q1 of both to find exact number.
