It was a good article, though the author should write speeches for Trump--a little long-winded.

As I read it, a few thoughts popped into my pea brain:

(1) The 800-lb. gorilla--the high unemployment rate. That will put pressure on commercial real estate and wasn't discussed in the article.

(2) Physicians will rent less space longer term as they switch to tele-doctoring.

(3) More commercial real estate owners will have to offer amenities--like gyms, cafes, barber and beauty shops--the works. That will attract workers back to the office from home, imo.
