Pac, I feel that if it was devastating news Nader would have just released the the actual news after hours on a holiday weekend.

The post market close call is seen clearly as a call with information that is likely to move the market and to avoid trading halt they schedule it after market close.

If there is positive news, we will see a PR in the morning.
If the news is not positive then all information will be dumped together in the update.

Based on past experience - there is some negative news but some positive news so NP will give positive news and try to bury negative news.
I think this is more likely as the update title has all names.

What can be negative news items
1. Cancer BTD rejected
2. CV19 - CUA rejected
3. HIV BLA additional questions from FDA so more delay

What can be positive news items

1. They got BTD for mTNBC - unlikely as if it was positive he would have issued it. Also it cannot be anticipated. If positive we will see a PR in the morning

2. CV19 CUA received - unlikely - same as above

3. BLA accepted and PDUFA date set - likely but again we will see PR

4. CV19 enrollment progress, Mexican trial progress. Maybe they are going for interim analysis with results for 50 patients. Taiwan trial

5. Update on basket trial enrollment

6. NASH partner - again there will be morning PR

7. Funding update - again there will be PR in the morning

More I think, I reach a conclusion that it will be laundry list of small progress showing how much activity going on, may be one very strong item. However it will include for sure 2 or at least one strong negative news.
