So you think it’s all Leo’s fault, or that the slow red tape hands of government deserve a little credit, I’m sure Leo would have liked for things to have moved much quicker but he can only control so much! Maybe some is his fault but we really don’t know or ever will! Better to take a little extra time and hopefully get it right then to rush with a ton of question marks like some of the other treatments we’re seeing
