PENN - how do you arrive at a random number of "31.99"? And the volume would support "crazy positive news" but I can't think of any? These guys are tied to being casino-operators...not like they could switch to manufacture of masks or vaccines? Possibly a merge with another large casino-operator but that scenario would appear even more dim. Their Vicksburg, MS property re-opened Thursday under these guidelines:
