but doh its a shorted stock, and if you were the officers of a company and had around 1/3 of your tradeable float shorted, basically saying your overpriced, and betting against you, you mean to tell me if the market started to rally you wouldnt want to help the momentum with news that you had in the pipeline, but was saving it....
