Pennystocks may take more time for funds to settle.

You may have to call them because the default setting may be no penny trades. That is what Fidelity did until I called them and they reset the account.

I own 10m at Schwab.. They make you wait 2-3 days to buy penny stocks. others you can buy right away. In this case, the wait might have been the best thing for you :)

Schwab is great, for the record, with the no cost trades. I've saved so much $ this year it's insane.
