I said it before, the CEO never said that he or srne had the cure only there was a cure. A very general statement that those pumping the stock jumped on. Whether he purposely misled is up to the reader but no way could a court convict because of what was said vs what they thought he said. Interpretation is just that. Prove the ceo ever said srne has a cure then that's a different story. It was still a pump and dump though!
