Agree, casinos only help themselfs and add a decent tax base but not much for other nearby areas. Have seen same A/C also but prop values increased further south along the strand. Have some family Sea Isle that sold on peak & moved inland.
Loved AC growing up we went every summer, since the casinos one needs a bodyguard so the only safty is in the casinos...they gotcha!
