Waste of time. Who sues a Company that has Nothing?

Well, that too.

Apparently California has a little known law that when a group of SHs are "considering" a lawsuit, they must enter it into an unnamed California database (Wildlife?)???

Therefore we learn today, since no "considering" was found in some unnamed California database, that means any post claiming SHs are "considering" a lawsuit must be false.

Things can be soooo complex in PMCB ville. LOL
