Mrragu, everyone agrees that NSPX had no operations in 2019;

The company "spent" $565,000 on Selling, General and Administrative Expenses for a non-operational company.

Where did $1,547.95 per DAY including weekends and holidays go when the company has no rent or work-related expenses? Somebody got paid and will continue to get paid at common shareholder expense.
