Absolutely will be..these deals were negotiated very early this year before the ole corona became front page. There has already been an engineering team go over the whole pipeline and evaluate the upgrades needed to get up to full speed. Overall he says these lines are in good shape.

I personally think July is too early given nothing has started yet due to the lockdown situation. But even if September shouldn't make a difference.
