Angel..I know you know better...of course IBCX IS diluting...how else would we have hundreds of millions of shares traded the last few weeks..without an uptrend?? there are in no way near that many shareholders..and as you can see all the ones on this board are holding theirs..LOL THIS IS DILUTION BIG TIME..history of the company tells the same story..
