Elite isnt expropriating funds from the public for their own benefit

Expropriation means without the owners consent.

We all know Elite shareholders have willingly donated their $$ so the CEO can live high on the hog. paying for his luxury hotel rooms, benefits, salaries, bonuses, toxic securities etc

Shareholders have been more than thrilled to cooperate with the extraction of their funds.

Best thing to ever happen to this company, in hindsight. Caused course correction to generics & sustainable future for shareholders....with no debt as discussed prior...refutes everything you just stated so well LOL
