There is no offering, ORBIMED ADVISORS already funded the company, took controlling interest in the company almost 78% thus funded the company and therefore the backbone of the company. This is heavily shorted now, they control the price now. I have no position, but there could be news looming, I will have it on watch for the next 2 weeks. Good luck.
