5MM is a lot of $$$$$ unless you know bigger pay day is ahead...

that's a big gamble even if was free money..

The timing of the conversion is another piece of the puzzle.

ZT converted all the shares just right before they come out from the dark is another coincidence.

A curve ball from MB would be unlikely. MB didn't hit the street until mid March and by that time, he already knew the plan and getting booted was also part of the deal.

There's value on the skin patent.. just not dreaming of that billion dollar valuation.
