I sold my ET @$8+ (A LOSS) and missed the buyback when it tanked, as I expected. Made up for it on NLY at a 40% discount, tho.
Clues in the climb out today... the comment from Thompson about settlement, soon, and the Tweet from Investit regarding GOV ceding the overage beyond the 10% moment. That was the Collins plaintiff's suggestion in the en banc concerns raised by the 5th Circuit en banc... a deferred asset as a derivative tax asset.
This is starting to gel. Lots of questions remain, but VERY encouraging. I'd be jealous except I am loaded with CQP bought at $25 just before BX went nuts and bought a 10% position recently. Luv to make $$$.
