Regarding the senate Bill. If you read the outline of the bill, it is a good thing and those companies that want to remain on the American exchanges must comply with revealing audited financial statements like any other company. If any company refuses 3 times to reveal these audited statements then the company will be removed or delisted from the American exchange which it was on!
