You do realize some big pharma companies spend tens of millions on R&D and years of research to not even get a pre ind?
As opposed to a big Pharma announcing they will be taking a drug from investigation thru pre-clinical, and expect to be in clinical in 1 yr. And then 1 yr later it happens. A CT starts.
Then there is PMCB, and its predecessor before the name change. From 2012-2017, the clinical trial was just around the corner. Back in the 2012 time frame there was to be a CT in Australia. Never happened. Kenny stated one would start Q3 2015. After that one would start EOY 2016. Never happened. Then suddenly in 2017, Kenny apparently discovered pre-clinical tests were required. It has taken 3 yrs to get through (or so claimed) pre-clinical testing. Now comes writing manuals. Composing a Patient Consent form is soooo complicated.
So on one paw a large Pharma (or small cap for that matter) able to go from investigation to CT in 1 yr.
On the other paw, there is PMCB. Investigational phase was performed back in the 1990s by AN. Eight yrs later still no CT.
