This was 10 cents at one point, they ran this into the ground with toxic debt. A r/s shouldn’t be a bad thing in theory, but when the intent is just to raise the s/p enough to start the dilution game over again it is a no win for shareholders. Not once have I come out ahead going through a r/s.
