Well, Chilling, last time there was no proxy company utilized, and the majority of shares were not voted. That hurt the company IMHO, I prefer them to spend the money and call those who have not voted to get a vote. I can turn this around on lazy shareholders not bothering to vote... This time CVSI is calling shareholders for a phone vote.
