There are a lot of regulations required for casinos to open in California. Not sure how it will be for all of penn holdings. "igaming" for penn better have something better than betting video games and icasino. For an icasino to be successful they will need to run it like a live event with real dealers. Not virtual.
I saw one the other day on some dorks youtube channel. It was like a live dealer but virtual cards, stupid to think anyone is going to trust that to give them a fair shake. But seeing these gambling suits and gambling media companies coming for the youth is cringe. This is no game here kids.
