OS only went up around 2.5 million shares during that time. Most of that OS is restricted and the public float was around 8.4 million shares. That is why the stock didn’t have much liquidity. These extra shares are needed to get this trading better.
Regarding a share reduction, I’d love to see some of those restricted shares moved to preferred or retired.
