So if someone has an email from NK STATING Mike Pope and Adam Levin “fleeced” Solaris and left it for dead, should this given to Decathlon’s council prior to the upcoming court date? It also states that after the “fleecing” it left behind numerous lawsuits and liabilities by Levin that NK “supposedly” knew nothing about prior to accepting the job! NK than states in writing he’s never spoken to Levin since! At this point, documenting this in the upcoming case may help with a future settlement if things still don’t go as planned... Any thoughts?
