this is a meticulous merger.


very large merger also.



it is just a bill and it has to get through the house yet.

it is aimed at rogue outfits or those with shady intentions.




this has zero bearing on SPOM.

this was just a ridiculous over-reaction.


there are thousands of companies that file for extension everyday.


SPOM has a good reason: they are quite big and quite diverse.

integration is taking a little bit of time during this horrible covid 19 crisis. it impacted all the companies and the whole world for that matter.
