The cash raised from LAHO’s dilution and debt taken on went toward first payment.

Here’s the thing.... MSSV is further along the deal than Lans ever was without the price movement that LAHO had and a much better share structure (as of now).


I am skeptic too.

Just providing an alternate (slightly positive) perspective to this crap situation.
