I do not understand how he could issue himself 800 million shares for services thats $640,000 Not to mention where in the share structure can you issue 800 mil. Restricted shares?
Not to mention the $500k he stole for licensing the Zuumer to OPTI that he didnt even have the right to sell the licence , then another $500k he stole for the OPTEC International Signs Exclusive North America Distribution Agreement for "Pro-Sun" Horticultural LED Grow Lamps. The $500k was just for GROW LAMPS and he abandoned that just like the Zuumer Thats over 1.6 Million dollars for Nothing!!! then there is the $500k for the fuel maximizer
So we get the shaft and he gets millions of our money
