Exactly! I do my DD and TLSS should not be below .10 then multi dimes to quarters for long with this low float and confirmed dilution over! The sellers down here have done no DD as I have been saying all along.

Friday was may 15th. By SEC guidelines allowing a delay via COVID-19 .... they were still current until that day.

They are not current at this time...refer to Regulation D/current information(ie periodic filings). That should be your answer to why the outstanding share count has not increased since then.

Sometimes there can be a skirter' though. But by given rules...conversions into stock and resale of such shouldn't be allowed currently. Check default issues if there are any. Good luck.
