Uplisting is denied and so they cancelled S1. They are just finding another notewriter to give them money and dump this back to NO BID.

Tell me one shareholder who has made money, even noteholders have lost. Noteholders who bought at .0001 is now selling at .00025 .

Or am i missing something here?
