cush, it is unfair to say 'reflects character' about our posts

I paid for the service!

I lost money because of them let me down so did others

but how about the people that work in the site character?

they won't come and appologize neither inform us ASAP of down service

they just ignore us the customers

but then you say is OUR character , the customers'

It would be in good character if stockcharts had the courtesy to tell its paying customers what the problem is, what is being done to solve it and when it might be fixed. You know - show a little respect for those who are paying the bills.

Agreed. I pay for stockcharts.com service but so many leech from the free service. The company is doing a huge favor toward investors, I have no complaint.
